How to config HOSTS file

This TUTorial help you edit HOSTS file in windows (c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc). So, there's no restriction when connect to facebook, youtube ... when your Administrator prevent it. This is the best way to by-pass all restrictions.
Open Notepad as Administrator then locate to c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc, select hosts file, edit, Save.
