Using Selectext to copy text from videos is very easy. All you need to do is follow these 3 steps:

Step 1: Install Selectext

The first thing you need to do is to install Selectext on your browser. Selectext is available for Chrome and Firefox. You can download it from the links below:

Step 2: Open a Video that You Want to Copy Text From

The next thing you need to do is to open a video that has some text that you want to copy. It can be any video on any website. For example, let’s say you want to copy some code from this YouTube video:

Step 3: Pause the Video, Enable Selectext, and Copy the Text

The final step is to pause the video at the moment where the text you want to copy appears on the screen. Then, click on the Selectext icon on your browser toolbar and enable it. You should see a blue overlay on the video with some boxes around the text. You can then select the text that you want to copy by dragging your mouse over it. You can also adjust the selection by dragging the corners of the box. Once you have selected the text, press Ctrl + C (or Cmd + C on Mac) to copy it. You can then paste it anywhere you want.
