Main Reason is you have just installed some cracking or cheating Apps like Freedom, Lucky Patcher, Game Killer.
  1. Search Total Commander and download. Direct Link to Download Total Commander App
  2. Install Total Commander and Grant it to access Root.
  3. Run Total Commander and Search hosts file (in System/Etc Folder), Delete all words in the Line number 2 and Save it (Keep only the 1st Line: 127.0.0.1  localhost )

Solved, your devices Fixed No Internet Connection Error ! Now you can Play games, Install Apps ...

With above TIPS, you don't need to Clear Cache or Remove / Add your Google account again.
